I’m Yang, Chinese, male, about to be in his 30s. I like messing with interesting things but am very likely to develop obsessive disorders about them. This is very bad because it prevents me from doing stuff efficiently. I’m still trying to fight it….it’s not easy.

I graduated from one of China’s top engineering universities to become a web developer, got a job offer from Netease which is the IT company I love very much, really nice people there; and turned them down to start my own career as a freelancer building websites. That was 4 years ago.

I learned a lot since then. I meant A LOT. And now I’m a self-entrepreneur. Not a top one but good enough to live a decent life in China.

I like money, good books, piano and beautiful girls. I dream about owning a villa that has a basketball field, a cozy private library and a small quartet hall with a Steinway piano. I’m currently averaging 6 figures USD income per year but in here, that’s still very far from being able to afford a villa which would cost more than 1 million USD in Xi’an where I’m living, provincial capital of Shaanxi, central China.

I also blog at Kavoir. This one, however, is mainly about Magento Go that’s my latest pass-time. Might probably build a store of my own there and sell some stuff!!
